Built a project management platform to establish a rigor to Seed, Series A & B fundraising from $500k-$35MM, goal setting and relationship management to provide alignment, tracking and execution, which improved productivity by 18%, increased viability and provided for better collaboration across the companies.

Outperformed first-year fiscal projections within six months of engagement using social media and digital marketing strategies to target the 18 to 34-year-old female decision-maker segment, which comprised 75% of followers and engagement.

Surged top and bottom-line growth for a $20B AUM region utilizing demand generating marketing campaigns that led to 95% client retention and $500K per year in new investment flows.

Spearheaded external communications strategy with a PR agency and represented the brand as primary spokesperson; received >450 press and influencer media placements; reached >260M total readership.

Assessed data and analytics of social media, digital marketing, and PR initiatives and partnered with influencers and online ads to increase sales to sell an average of 92% of available inventory monthly.

 

Expansion.


 

Opened the first international HQ in Sydney, Australia, and over two years yielded 100% client retention, three new customer acquisitions, and five strategic alliances. Conducted due diligence on two multi-million-dollar M&A opportunities and determined that synergies did not substantiate the investment. 

Partnered with sales team to identify and develop opportunities with existing and potential new customers; forecasted and yielded 2% YOY in business sales growth that created exponential value to company functions.

In looking to expand national notoriety, worked with an organization to create a podcast that told the story where Olympians had achieved physical success in their lives, giving them a platform to share never heard before behind-the-scenes tales to build awareness and interest to attend the museum. The podcast has not launched yet - keep an eye out!

Brought on as a fixer to ease the merger of two organizations. Completed tasks include Salesforce NSPS and Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT data migration, organizational chart optimization, website overhaul to clarify the brand story, and a process and procedure to measure the impact of grants in easily digestible verbiage to drive donor engagement. Resulting in granting $825k to breast cancer researchers and raising $1.45MM - the largest ever for the organization in the second year of a global pandemic.

 

Operations.


Functioned as interim COO of a start-up to establish budgeting and forecasting processes and procedures. With the business operating at a loss, worked with CEO & Founder to clarify business priorities and wrote a four-year year roadmap, including e-commerce strategies to become a revenue-generating business within 18 months. 

Streamlined and aligned sales goals, budgets, marketing targets, and deliverables to build efficient project management solutions leveraging software including Basecamp, Asana, Todoist, and Evernote.

Worked with the CEO & Founder to write, design, publish and market a book entailing her personal journey with health and wellness, and sharing tips and tricks to lead to individual success. The book is under review for an award on the quality of the printing process by the Printing Industries of the Midwest.

Spent three years focused on a national reduction in footprint, shifted to a three-year project focused on global expansion, and tasked with standardizing protocols for the CEO of a global Fortune 50 company resulting in a process improvement of 125%.

Designed experiential domestic donor experiences during the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics for the United States Olympic and Paralympic Foundation, which led to entertaining more guests over the 17 days of the Games than if the organization had been in Tokyo and raising over $5MM in support of athletes on and off the field of play.

Increased net fundraising revenue of a $4K program by 7% during 12 months by proactively identifying donor interests. In partnership with the Board of Trustees, reinvented marketing strategy for donor events resulting in repeatable value for programming.

Organized and directed a C-Suite tour visiting with 1,500 clients and 18,000 employees tracked 1,000+ improvements with a 12% YOY incremental rate of change resulting in increased client and employee satisfaction.

Orchestrated corporate hospitality programs at Salt Lake 2002, Athens 2004, Torino 2006 and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games for six major corporations, two national governing bodies and the United States National Olympic Committee hosting 10,000 guests at 250 sporting events and 150 unique cultural experiences resulting in the retention of and new business gained for each organization.
